Alrighty, let the dcuble entendre begin.
1. Anyone that visits will neither "confirm nor deny" that they were ever there.
2. Anyone that visits without clearance will be reprimanded by his "commanding officer".
3. Any "funding" will have to be concealed somewhere in your annual budgeting.
4. All activity will probably take place at night.
5. Activity will probably be of an experimental nature.
6. Once you have clearance there will probably be any number of ways to enter.
7. References to "Janet" are probably not what you think they are.
8. I won't even start on Black Hole Projects.
