It's not like no one knows where the thing came from. And besides, it's kinda SOP: Bush asked for "his" EP-3 back from the Chinese, Ford asked for "his" Mayaguez back, Eisenhower asked for "his" U-2 back; just like Brezhnev asked for "his" MiG-25 back. What's the big deal?
