Thanks Don. I thought that might be the case.
My idea was a bit grander in that it was specifically to fool phase radars by creating a very specific radar reflection rather than just 'jamming'. Those EF-111 were quite the bird though..you'd think now they might even be developing a supersonic UAV that does electronic warfare like the Raven.

As for it being a UAV antenna..seems a bit large and complex - but who knows?
