I, too, have seen the blimp up there on the north side of I-80 within the airspace of the UTTR. I drove that route at the beginning on August and again later that month and saw the blimp both times. It is quite a large blimp. It was obvious that the operators were not afraid of letting the general public see it either. It seemed about 10 miles north of I-80.

I tried to capture pictures with my phone but was only to catch a tiny dot despite being able to see the general shape and size with my eyes.
