I think we should actually challenge the last land withdrawl since it appears it was never renewed when it expired in 2001 - at least that's what the BLM says. I don't want to end up trying to see what is going on at our favorite base from New Jersey using relay mirrors because that is what the DOD wants! Just because they are the DOD doesn't mean they have some instant waiver from the Bill of Rights....
