This new addition plus the expansion of the base clearly points to something big happening at the base and of a very sensitive nature. No doubt there is a live feed from the camera to the Commander at the base who could stop any flights if they know there are people up there.

My guess is there are some new and rather large UAV's in the test stage, this is now the weapon of choice given the success they have had knocking out the enemy. As suggested here at DR a UAV the size of a B2 is quite possible and I also wonder if there were any pilots in the F117's recently seen! Could very plausibly have been used to train the ground operators in the flight characteristics of such an aircraft.
