Been using this NOTAMS site for years to give me, and other monitors a heads up for certain deployments to and from the UK/Europe. Not sure what you need to type for the Pacific, but for me, being in the Atlantic region, i just type in a certain ICAO code and it gives a heads up on deployments to Nellis for Red Flag etc and coming the other way...to the United Kingdom... became a great source when Allied Force was on. For Gary, just type in the ICAO code for the Pacific East Oceanic ATC Centre or whatever, and you'll get a weeks + heads up of anything going or coming your way in the way of Tankers with Chicks and any other reservation...including reserved orbit areas for TACAMO as well...but that is rarely issued.
