1979 F-104 Red Flag crash Bald Mountain

I found an interesting report and crash investigation summary about a Canadian F-104 crashing at Bald Mountain in 1979 after egressing from the target while violating "Box"/Dreamland no-fly zone during Red Flag with in-depth description about the sensitivity of the Box/Area 51 during Red Flag:

I recall having seen a Red Flag documentary on youtube a while ago stating the no fly zone rule for participants while showing a Box violation on the radar screen by supposedly A-10's during an air combat but cannot find that portion anymore.
