I'd say that a single engine, normally piloted aircraft normally wouldn't count as a UAV as we know them. The UAV in question is similiar to a single engine cessna or a more commonly known piper cub!
sorry dont find this of really any value like a predator or global hawk or X-45 UCAV going astray.
