simply click black projects on the left column of your screen when you visit DLR and then look in current black Proj's and click UAV's The UAV in question is called cypher 2 and can carry a considerable more payload than the original cypher unit. The reason I am basically familiar with this UAV as I describe it in my presentaion during the last 2 peoples rally at area 51.
