i would be very suprised if the new building is for janet maintenance. the small fleet of janets are mobile and going to atlanta for depot maintenance at a place that does depot maintenance for many other small operators of old 737 aircraft would make a whole lot more sense than building up your own capability. it would require additional folks without high security clearances to come to an already "full" secret base in the middle of nowhere. routine daily maintenace can be done in vegas. no, i think i will order a double cheeseburger in that building instead of a hydraulic actuator for my airliner.
