if i owned the base i would put a new dining hall right there. it is centrally located, near the janet terminal, almost everyone goes by it on the way to and from work (via janet), the old one is lets just say OLD, there is a lot of parking close by. oh yeah, it's also close to the security forces so they don't have to go very far to get doughnuts.
