From what I am told it is a job like any other. No special restrictions or obligations. It has always been standard procedure at Groom to get the sensitive stuff in a hangar when a photo satellite is overhead. I hear that was interfering with operations even back in the 1960's, and I can only imagine what a pain it must be these days. Unless they got that cloaking device finally working... :-)
