It doesn't look like a flying aircraft to me. There are some smuges in the approximate location in earlier pictures. Maybe they blew the sand off of an earlier target or old building. Did you notice the crater like object at 36°49'03.97"N 115°56'08.94"W? It first appears on July 26, 2009. Looks to be around 68-74 feet in diameter.
