No. It's not just the final chapter. Much of the book is devoted to UFO nonsense or extraneous historical references used to set up and support the UFO story. There is also a lot of material on the Nevada Test Site and nuclear testing in the Pacific that, however fascinating, has nothing to do with Area 51.

The Roadrunners' stories are buried within this extraneous material. Worst of all, there are so many factual errors that even the good parts of the book are significantly degraded.

Reviewers, critics, and others have focused on the final chapter but I think it is important to see the overall context.
