After listening to recounts of forced landings at A51, I remember working with a friend, James Reichert. He was an aeronautical engineer consultant hired by the CIA. Jim had clearance to fly in and out of A51 in his own Beachcraft Bonanza at his discretion .He would land and they quickly moved it into a hanger.I believe he worked on the U2 before he worked the Aquiline program with me. He must have had great connections, but he would never explain anything.
