Can drive right up there?! That's cheatin'! :) The mountain top view on Google Earth is cool. Thanks! The Bravo 20 range to the northeast of the base is the biggest and normally the most active of the Fallon live bombing ranges, and I believe also the hardest to get to for any kind of viewing. I tried once with no success. I hope to get out there the first week in Sept. during Burning Man and/or the Reno-Stead air race/air show weekend. Having been there before filming "around the edges" of the base, a Fallon CAG mass launch and recovery is as exciting as Nellis Red Flag.
Just one more place to add to my list of military range spots to explore in Nevada...
