I did a little Google-foo and found some interesting stuff on Col. Tichenor. He's had known addresses at Edwards, Wright-Patt, and Vegas. He worked with a doctoral candidate at MIT (on something so nerdy that even the abstract was over my head). According to his LinkedIn profile, he was a test pilot, a political attache to Liberia, and perhaps most interesting was his time as an operations group commander at a "Data Masked Location" where he led "President-directed special programs" Definitely sounds like more than a controller to me. http://www.linkedin.com/pub/terry-tichenor/6/b0/265
