Here is the mishap on www.youtube.com. The first formation roll is the day before on Saturday. The second is the Sunday show where the mishap occurred. Too bad there is no scanner of the transmission between the diamond formation. It doesn't look that bad to me, but thank God no one punched a hole in the ground! The commander is still all right in my book.
