test flight of the "Beast"?

I found this on youtube and its titled jet chases ufo,I believe it looks like the beast of khandahar from the end cockpit views. and also looks like they redacted something just under the fuselage.
Test Flight maybe, also the drylake beds in that footage resemble Edwards AFB.
