I had posted a link to an article, from the AVP, pertaining to this "new" contract on 26 June of this year but unfortunately I don't remember the specifics and the link is not archived. As I recall, I think the contract was for a HUGE portion of southern CA and NV. That article stated that most of the current "employees" would be getting a new employer.
