I would think that any aircraft lost on such ops, it would be SOP to destroy the A/C to keep the enemy from making use of the it.....Too, some gear in the chopper might be something we don't give or sell to other countries........
Stealth choppers????......don't know....The rear rotor covering on this helo may have been a special armor piece......Don't know if such a design would decrease rotor noise or not....
