Nice catch. Yes, it reminds me of the CargoLifter's massive hanger in Germany but on a much smaller scale. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions right now that it is indeed for a blimp. I believe we will be seeing more structures made of these kinds of material in the future. For example the new hanger at Groom Lake near the south ramp. The fabric skin makes them much quicker to construct. However, the clam shaped door is interesting and worth mentioning! I worked on a lot of events for the corporate world in similar structures (made by a German Company called Röder GmbH). you can build them to almost any size. However the aluminum frame work is for a temporary structure not the windy environment of the Nevada desert. Now there is a massive tent here in Las Vegas at the "Spaghetti Bowl" Interchange that is built as a permanent structure. Just my 2˘
