Most likely it i sgoing to be a new administration/office type building. An expanding base requires more administration. Maybe part of it will be a new, larger Janet terminal. Possibly some work shops, although maintenance on the Janets seems to be done mostly in Vegas. The area south of H-18 was a very old part of the ramp. It is probably just being re-paved. I don't see a need to extend the hangar. Watch me be wrong, though. I am sure our new satellite image will tell...
