Can't get too excited about out air coverage. BRAC closed down our permanent ANG squadron.....I know they supposedly have TDY squadrons covering the Houston Gulf Coast area but it's not the same as our own people doing the job....The local ANG pilots have more motivation and more at stake when they are protecting their own turf.......Too, we have the largest concentration of oil/petrochemical plant/facilities in the Houston, Freeport, Beaumont, Port Arthur, area than anywhere else in North America.....
I don't think Washington like us for some reason..
