I had to go to Fry's Electronics yesterday, so I made the short detour to swing by the JANET Terminal. Obviously, they put the screen up on the fence to deter people from viewing the parking lot and not the aircraft themselves. Most likely to obscure the license plates. It's probably a good thing. I imagine most people who work out there don't discuss it. They deserve their privacy. I had an Uncle who worked for the CIA. If asked what he did for them, he simply replied "a clerk."

The fence screen is translucent so you can still see if the parking lot is full or not. So good for them. As Joerg said, you can see the JANETS clearly from the intersection of Haven & Diablo. Good for us. ;-)
