I was able to witness two civilian Cessna 560 Citations (N793CS / N887CS) at Manila International Airport (Philippines) that sport an interesting array of antennas not usually seen on other civilian Citations. They also seem to fly just to/from Manila, not landing elsewhere. Can anyone identify the purpose of the various antennas and make a suggestion as to what these aircraft are used for ?
According to USACAR, their registered owner is the Cessna Finance Corp., but that doesn't seem to be the operator.
