Could someone please help me with the identifcation of this aircraft at Ramenskoye Airport, southeast of Moscow? (N 55.57178 E 38.15232) It is an Military Airport (base) that serves at a major testing facility.

Just south of the aircraft is another white airplane that is quite similar to the American B-1 Lancer. Does anyone know what kind of airålane this is?
