The LAS VEGAS SECTIONAL AERONAUTICAL CHART indicates that R-4808W is Unlimited in altitude and and CONTINUOS in hours of operation. In other words, surface to infinity and not available for over-flights at any time without special permission. The SECTIONAL is an official U.S. Government (DOD/FAA)chart. It can be purchased at your local airport for about $9.00 and is a useful reference. Hours of operation are listed for restricted areas and MOAs
