The TAC AIR (FSS) refueler guy said it sounded like the pilot was being a bit cagey - like he had a secret he couldn't talk about just yet.

I too noticed a while back that Holloman's Raptors would be replaced with F-16s - but maybe (hopefully) something else is going on. It would be the perfect place. Holloman has an excellent range and RAM applying facilities. Not to mention RATSCAT for RCS testing. I think of it as Area 52.
