Well, they (the AF) would rather it was photographed in such a manner. It would save them a lot of red tape and time, because the "slugs" in Washington don't want to release anything that will cost them time, money and headaches. So, next time when the ops is right, take the pictures - even if you have to keep the camera around your neck at all times.
