Yes the X-37B uses hydrazine as a propellent. Hydrazine is highly toxic and dangerously unstable, and is usually handled while in solution for safety reasons. This stuff will really ruin your day, if not cancel it completely. Same stuff that was on the NRO satellite USA-193 which the US Navy shot down with a modified SM-3 missile on February 21, 2008. For "safety" reasons, yeah that's it, safety reasons ;-)
