Some of us thought they were referring to us, but I believe they were providing intel on the Smoky SAM site near the air field, and vehicle movement on and around the air field. Remember, MAFEX simulates landing transport aircraft on a makeshift runway in hostile territory. So you want to know as much as possible about what is going on around you...
