Sorry about another revision (Rev 3). I had made an error in the Office / Shop floorspace estimates. I added a view of the Office / Shop Area to the link below. I am going to create a couple of more views - one with a B767 size aircraft and a second with a group of fighter (F-15) sized vehicles. (55 wide * 168 deep) = 9,240 sq ft (fourth floor)
(3 * 11,592 sq ft) + (1 * 9,240 sq ft) = 45,096 sq ft total
