Yes. The speed of the missile is Mach 18 (or when it was tested). It was not an air-breather, BTW, like the X-43. And yes, the B-52 mod did use a fuel blend similar to the characteristics of that used on the U-2s, which BTW, now uses JP-8 - which was the all-altitude fuel used on the B-52 mod.
