Hi,

Being from the UK, carrying firearms is something that
most UK citizens do not have to consider, be it the fact that its an lawful offence in normal cases..(
(unless one has a licence for a shotgun mainly for farmers or one has a firearm if they are gun club members.)

Would most persons in the USA tend to carry a Gun if they travel out in the wilds.... and would this be mainly against wildlife or theft or threat protection against man...

What would be the main Wildlife threat out around highway 375 Area 51 ?

Snake, Mountain Lion, Coyote, wild cats, bear ?

Has anyone had any close encounters around the area or on the Tikaboo trail ? and just how dangerous could it be ?
