That is more than likely what I would do.. I guess the real question is whether or not the signs are the "Official" base land markers or is it further back and their is a buffer zone. I've heard stories of people getting harassed who have not gone beyond the signs. I do not want to get harassed have them see a firearm and get into trouble for no reason. Possessing a firearm on a military installation would definitely be a reason for loss of license.
