Thank you for the explanation. I can confirm that on weekends and especially during the Holidays commercial airliners often use the Desert MOA. However, I have only once seen a commercial airliner cut off a corner of the NTTR air space.

As for the chart in the original link, I believe it can be quite helpful in figuring out Red Flag and other exercise sortie times. Not sure how useful it would be in predicting test flights out of Groom, since those often stay within the NTTR air space.
