That's quite an extreme perspective.. I'm not sure how a long distance shot that shows a full complex and parking lot is that invasive, particularly when it gets photographed a few hundred times a day from the top of the Mandalay Bay at the Foundation Room. There's also countless webcams continuously streaming around the world including all of these in NYC.

So to answer your question, a camera pointed straight into my windows? Yes. A camera pointed at my building? Absolutely not.
