if there is any one say on highway 375 or Groom lake Road or within viewing distance...

so much so that they will not do any testing..if they think some one is likely to have chance of photographing or filming any test event...

and would you say most of it is still done at Night ?

Would you think they even monitor Tickaboo ? be it Special camera or saterlite..

If this is likely then maybe thats why not much is witnessed anymore by the public.

The Flares I witnessed occurred about 1 to 2 hrs after dark.
