Well I am by no means a regular at AboveTopSecret, Dreamland Resort is my website for legit knowledge about Groom, but I see a lot of chatter about this Howland Company and Groom on ATS. Honestly, I've never heard of them, I'm sure ppl on here have, but I never did. They must be a pretty regular def. contractor out at Groom Lake. And must have built that tower out there.
