The vast sums of money pouring into Camp Williams is for the new NSA data collection center (google it). The first line of my response to you was a joke. I have been around the USAF and the military for 50 years and I have heard 100's of incredible stories. A few even checked out but most make sense when missing information is added. I am critical of how you are suggesting the most unlikely conclusion from such diverse and unrelated points. Having been on many different military installations, flight lines, and remote facilities at night I can say that everything looks like a UFO if you don't know what you are looking at. By the way my 9th grade science project was electromagnetism. I built it way too powerful and spent a week in detention. Sorry if I insulted your intelligence.
