Torrent is a peer network, and IS the means to download this stuff - it's not "online video". TORRENT IS YOUR FRIEND! :)

I have over a terabyte of documentaries I have downloaded, absolutely everything I could find on Area 51, over 10,000 SF books in electronic form. A lot from conspiracyhub.com.

However, it is kind of a grey area as far as legality. As long as you avoid first-run movies, copyright music, etc. then I see no problem with it.
