Don't know how many "chow halls" Dreamland has (probably just one),but food on USAF bases (and most US military bases) "is ""very"" good"......

Generally the food service is contractor run, with USAF oversite......
I recall we would have an occasional "grilled" steak meals at Nellis....Breakfast meal was really good!
Burgers? not out of the question....They could have some "fast food" vendors as well.....
Too, nothing's to prevent them from piling in a car and going to the Lil'Alienn....Remember most of these people at Dreamland are "contractors" and most fly, drive or bus in and out every day......But I'm fairly sure permanent personnel eat well......
