This whole thread is ridiculous to be honest.

When an overflight (by satellite or aircraft) occurs you put everything inside. Problem solved.

When I was working on the B-2s at Whiteman, every morning at our daily brief we were given the times of sat. passes and we put everything away at those times, so that every time they took a picture they got the same scenery.

Who cares if a plane flies over and gets the same pictures we get from the commercial sat service? A country won't be able to glean much more information from them than we are.
