Hi. It's not my video. The author said he was on a flight from Phoenix to Reno and was at 32'000 feet. He said he started taking video at about 36.40N 116.16W and stopped at about 37.12N 117.02W. This is the first airliner view of the base i've seen and was surprised at how good it is.
