Robert: I'll speak generally about this. Much of Nevada has access to military helicopters for rescue or transportation in rural areas. Either for military and contractors, or civilians when called by local responders. If a patient goes to UMC, think serious trauma or burns. But not all runs are emergencies with patients however, Sometimes blood delivery, or speciality equipment gets picked up to take back to a rural hospital before their patient gets transport back to a higher level hospital. Sometimes its as simple as a visit at a facility while the crew is on standby, or a "courtesy' return to work for someone on or off base. Lots of possibilities.
