Looks like Northrop just won this. I believe they edged out Lockheed's P791 Blimp. Makes me wonder if Northrop built one like Lockheed did. My guess? Lockheed won a classified AF/Intel community contract and Northrop one the White world version for the Army. Some cool things I've heard around town is some of these blimps have equipment inside to spoof radar and what not. As far as the so called Stealth Blimp sightings and triangular slow moving aircraft still eludes all.
