I can only imagine that they have an Army Lockheed white-coats working on next generation stealth which would most likely include invisibility. I would also suspect that there is an operational ISR UAV platform that can achieve low Earth orbit and reach anywhere on the globe faster than a Frumious Bandersnatch launching somewhere with recovery at Groom. Other than that they are probably testing exotic new materials and propulsion systems. 99% sure they have the most advanced test range on Earth, so their data is pure ice cream. This is all pure conjecture on my part. You know it's 2010 and I still don't have a jetpack.
