I assume URS Corp does now......As far as ownership of the aircraft the govt/USAF have always owned or leased them....... others may know more
EG&G/URS a services and manpower contractor....Bectel is one of the construction contractors....
EG&G/URS and Raytheon Technical Services are partnered in JT3 in a joint venture for Joint Range Technical Services contract.
I was stationed at Nellis in the early 60's and EG&G had offices in the McCarren Field vicinity even then....
